Diamond Jubilee Medal Nominations
Residents of the Wild Rose constituency are invited to nominate candidates from their community or organization for a Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal.
The deadline is May 1, 2012 to nominate Canadian citizens who have distinguished themselves in service to their fellow Canadians. Return your completed nomination form by mail to the Wild Rose Constituency Office at 16-620 1st Avenue NW, Airdrie, AB, T4B-2R3 or by fax at 403-948-0879.
